These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of SMS text message notifications ("Service") provided by EcoShip ("we," "us," or "our") to authorized recipients. By opting in to receive text messages from EcoShip, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

EcoShip's SMS notification service sends automated text message alerts to designated internal personnel when a new submission is received through EcoShip's web form. This Service is intended solely for internal business notification purposes.

3. Message Frequency

You will receive a text notification each time a new form submission is received. Message frequency will vary based on submission volume.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan and carrier. EcoShip is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving these messages.

5. Opt-In and Opt-Out

By providing verbal consent to EcoShip, you agree to receive automated text messages related to this Service. You may opt out of receiving future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. Help

For assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive, or contact us directly at it@ecoship.com.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes to These Terms

EcoShip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
